Art By Tech has a strict Privacy Policy that we uphold. We will not sell, barter, lease, or exchange your personal information with any third party without your consent, to include your name, phone number, e-mail address, address, and any other related personal information that you provide to us.

We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described in this Privacy Policy.

Art By Tech will never willfully sell or rent for consideration any personally identifiable information about you or your business to any third party without first receiving your permission.

This site contains links to other sites. Art By Tech is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.

Our online surveys ask visitors for contact information (like their e-mail address). The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor when necessary. We will keep your confidential information private and secure.

This policy expressly does NOT cover inclusion in our portfolio of our work or links to design and development projects for portfolio or resume purposes. Such projects would need to be covered by a separate non-disclosure contract, and any written contracts between client and contractor or subcontractors specifically override anything contained in this privacy policy, except for personal information data.
